onsite Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 Why men look at porno: The first is that on tv, or in pictures, the "porny" (the girl subject), has been enhanced using make-ups, or has her hair in a sexy style, or is wearing sexy clothings... I know this is very upsetting to the girlfriends/wifes, but men do love to see beauty. And Playboy for example, have women who are prepared for porno. They are shaved, and I don't mean 100% but in the style men love. If you ever noticed, men NEVER look at porno when the subject has just gotten out of bed with her hair messed up, or if she looks like an amature. Today's porno, which you see on tv/magazines are done by professionals and these professionals know exactly how to please men. Here I'll give you a simply trick to use for you women out there. Take the earliest playboy magazine, really early, back when it was black and white. Give it to your man and see if he will get excited. Then try giving him a recent playboy magazine and see the difference. So my point is that porno today is done in such a professional matter that men have a hard time resisting it. For one thing, I'd love it if my girl would dress up and look like one of those babes in professional porno. If she does, then the hell with porno right? I'll have the real thing.

Playboy wasn't less sexy back then, it was just different based on what was considered sexy culturally. Yeah, porn does cater to what some majority wants, but that isn't why men today have such a hard time resisting it. Men (and women) have always looked at this stuff, cuz we like to see a little booty. I don't think I can post a link because it contains nudity but do a goodle search for "1920's French Postcards".... I was looking at these just last night and sent the link to my boy and he said "wow, standards have really changed.." most of these postcards are of what we would consider "overweight" women (as in not stick figures, they have some meat on them and are actually much closer to the average women today than our new taste for skinny supermodels) posing nude for the camera... no where in the ballpark of how sexually explicit stuff today can be, but at the time it was considered absolutely captivating. Voluptuous naked French girls? oooh lala.... It is all subjective, you just happen to fall into the catergory of people who are attracted to the statistical mean of what porn producers are catering to. My BF looks at porn because he likes naked ladies... but I think he would just laugh if I tried to dress up like a girl from professional porno... I have my own unique sexy mojo going on, it isn't about some formula! I am sure a few people agree with you, but I don't think most men look at porno to make up for the fact that their GFs won't make themselves into porno babes... you kind of make it sound as if you look at porno because you can't help it because they are professionals who know how to make you look but if your GF would act like porn then you wouldn't look.... may I venture that it is more likely that you look at porn because you are horny and like to look at naked chicks.... it happens, it isn't really anything to be ashamed of, but it is funny to not take responsibility for why you do it.... (PS you can probably tell I am not pro or anti porn, I have no problem with it, this post just struck me as odd for many reasons....)

HOURS of professional makeup artists, hair stylists, special lighting, and retouched photos. When there's a problem with porn, it's that men actually believe that real human women look just like the pictures. It's all fake, boyo.

Haha, my roomie and I were at a party the other day commenting... geez, if we gave up our internet connection, all forms of procrastination and were willing to drop our GPA a few points we might have just enough time in the day to make ourselves up like the "sorority girl" types.... Sorry, if you ever want to have a fulfilling relationship you are gonna have to be ok with some bed hair and your GF looking like an "amature" every once in a while.... It does matter to me that my partner has some pride and puts some effort into their apperance, but I would rather they spent most of their time/energy on being an interesting and well rounded person.... I am not saying that you don't want an interesting partner but you have sadly unrealistc expectations in the looks dept. With an attitude like that aren't you worried that she won't be satisfied with a guy like you? Or are you a beefcake who carries around a bottle of baby oil 24/7 so you don't ever have to look like a non-greased amature?
