almostthere Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 You're in a relationship for a little under a year. You feel you love ths person and that maybe even want to ask him/her to move in. But the exwife/husband calls and upsets you so you jump in your truck, drive down the street and continue this argument with your ex while your current bf/gf is at your house just waiting for you to get back? Why does something seem so not normal about this? They have been divorced for a year and half. She didn't want him back until he found out we were dating. and shes only known for 3 months.
slubberdegullion Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 The nature of the argument is important. If it's about kids or shared finances or other responsibilities, then it could very well be a normal reaction.
Author almostthere Posted December 5, 2005 Author Posted December 5, 2005 Well...thats true. the argument was about him. She wants him back. She tells him this everyday. He argues this infront of me while she is on the phone. And when she doesnt get her way she says she is going to tae their kids away. thats usually when it gets bad. But yesterday they argued all day. and all night. I was with him the whole time. I'm just frustrated. I'm ready to give up because I cant stand the frustration and guilt I feel for no reason. I was her once. To my exhusband. I know the pain she is feeling and the jealousy. I hate making someone feel this way. Even if I dont like or know them.
