Break the ice. Say hello. Strike up a conversation. Maybe she's just shy.

If you talk to her you run the risk of looking like a fool, if you don't, you've already confirmed and conceeded to being one..

 

Next time you see her, I suggest you bring up something you have talked about on the internet or even easier talk about movies you want to see or have seen and go from there. If she seems like she's really not interested in talking to you, I wouldn't ask her out, if she's just a little shy or is really interested, ask her out to the movies.
