Thre's not a lot of detail here, so this is a little difficult to evaluate. It seems that you are trying to attract the attention of some other young man. He isn't being attracted. If he's not interested, then there isn't a whole lot extra you can do (without morally compromising yourself). You aren't going to be able to please everybody in life. Some will want to be in your company, some won't. You're not always going to get who you want....it's an unfortunate fact of human relationships. You just pick up and move on with the world.
