i always need to be drunk

No you don't. Nobody wants a drunk. You want to talk to someone, ask her questions. Ask her about her life, her hobbies, her interests, her history. That should get you going on conversation. SOBER!

Do you have communication issues with all girls or just with this one particular one? Sounds like this relationship is destined to fail if you feel you can only talk to her when you're drunk. Maybe if the relationship is just getting started you shouldn't do things where the two of you are just sitting around bored with nothing to do except talk. Get out and do something. If you live some place warm, go out putt-putting. Go to an arcade like Gameworks or Dave and Busters. Some kind of activity will give you something to talk about, because you can always comment on what just happened

I don't recommend movies because you can't really talk at all. But on the other hand with things like dinner or coffee houses, there might be too much pressure to talk because there's nothing else to do. I wouldn't continue to drunken date thing though if I were you. Maybe some girls dig that, but is that the kind of girl you really want? But chances are she's going to sooner or later wonder why you're always drunk and get tired of it.
