maproshuto17 Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 Hey, I am new to the long distance thing. Here's my story: I met someone on myspace who lives in the U.K. and I live in the States. I am going to be over there about 45 minutes from him, studying abroad next semester. We have exchanged many, many wonderful emails and pictures and when we talk on AIM its for hours at a time. It has been a little over 2 weeks since we have started this. I feel that there is something really there and I think he feels the same way. We have already discussed when we meet, if things go as well as they have (i.e. we fall in love), he would move here to be with me. Now we are both very frustrated because we can't see each other until January and I am just scared that I won't meet his expectations, etc. Any words of advice? Thanks!
