I'm not a great fan of rebound relationships, but I have been moping around for over a month since my fiance and I broke up. Anyhow, I decided to go out and make some friends on an online chat site. I ended up spending all evening talking to the greatest guy (who for all I know can be totally fake) but it took my mind completely off my ex and made me smile. Sometimes some casual male attention can make you feel not a 100% loser. :)

You're a beautiful girl, the only one who can make you feel not a 100% loser is you.

After your ordeal with the cad ex fiance...forget the validation from a guy and find it within yourself.:bunny:

Oh noooooooooooooooooooo look out the online chat or online dating service. I did that and talked with a woman online then on the phone over a 2 night period we talked 8 hours on the phone hooked up for a date(screetching car breaks)BAAAAAM GOT smacked with the "she didn't look like the picture she sent me"stick. So beware little red riding hood there are wolfes out in cyber land:eek: But you are right takes your mind off the ex and you feel good again until it crashes like a trainwreck.

Glad you're feeling better :) Unfortunately it will wear off and you'll have to keep working at getting past everything that happened with your ex-f. But I think you need a day off from that every once in a while so here's to the rebound! :bunny:

On a personal note, the rebound relationship after my breakup from this year screwed me up even more so just be careful SM ;)

Hey hey hey! I'm not saying rebound, I'm not saying I will ever meet this guy, I'm not even say this is the answer to my looser issues over the breakup! :) All I was saying is that it felt nice. I haven't even allowed myself to talk to another guy in a semi-close friendship sense (that's how much I DON'T cheat) in over 3 years. The guy may be a fake (although he sent me a million pictures of himself, his address and he knows people I do) and may never meet him, and I don't have high expectations. I don't WANT a new relationship right now, I'm still preety screwed up from the last one. HOWEVER It felt nice in the midst of all that stupid drama last night to get a long e-mail from a guy online who chattered about cool intellectual stuff and the night before who I talked to for hours. Just a friend and it felt good.
