Tired of discussing HIM PERIOD! But your friends still ask, what to do then??

For those of you who have read my story ...I have not posted in over a week because I decided I was tired of coming here or anywhere else discussing this issue because it was making me feel worse and taking too much of my time of fretting over him. I even stopped taking a couple of my girlfriends phone calls in fear of them bringing him up, I was not in the mood to conjure up any feelings about him or our situation PERIOD! i needed some time off from thinking about it in both negative and positive ways.

 

 

I love being in control of my emotions this is great!!!

 

But one thing what is the best thing to say to my friends when they want to constantly bring him up and ask me about how it is going...what is a good way to respond without being rude to them?? I do not feel like telling my business to anyone anymore i found it to be even more depressing...so what should I tell them from now on??

Be honest and say that is part of your life which is now a closed book. That you would appreciate it if they respect your wishes. (If they can't do that then they aren't your friends!)

 

Have fun in other parts of LS, the sillier areas...Ya don't have to leave LS all together eh? Just don't read anything anymore in these sections, infidelity, OW/OM etc..., because it won't help your progress.
