wanda1974 Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 I just ordered this stuff called "hoodia", that's some kind of cactus that's supposed to suppress your appetite. I haven't tried it yet, and want ot know if anyone has tried this yet? Does it work? Any side effects?
Art_Critic Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 http://cellhealthmakeover.com/hoodia-consumer-alert-warning.html http://www.newstarget.com/006016.html http://www.newstarget.com/z011425.html http://ezinearticles.com/?Does-Hoodia,-the-African-Weight-Loss-Secret,-Actually-Work?&id=89104 http://www.vpxsports.com/newweb/news_detail.asp?id=1 I can fill up a hundred posts with articles about the this product.. sounds to me like you wasted your money.. Even IF it worked you won't be able to buy it for long as it had been classified as an endangered species by the mexican government.. So there won't be any more before long
Outcast Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 I have a line on a fantastic appetite surpressant. Drink one or two glasses of water before you eat.
Author wanda1974 Posted November 13, 2005 Author Posted November 13, 2005 I didn't ask this question to be made fun of....I was just curious....
LucreziaBorgia Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 From what I understand, the only thing that currently works is to eat the actual plant - and that anything else (current products using extracts, powders, etc.) does not work. There is a company called Phytopharm which plans to have meal replacements, etc using the actual cacti on the shelves in a few years.
Neptune Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 Well, if it`s a cactus I imagine if you sat on it you wouldn`t feel like eating anything for a while:)
