Is a guy suppose to call you in three days after getting your number?

I once had a guy call me the same night he got my number; I thought it was sweet. It showed that he really liked me and was interested in seeing me again.

 

I've never had a hard, fast rule about when it was 'appropriate' to call. Look if I liked you enough to give you my number, you could call anytime you wanted to!

If he asked he is probably trying not to seem desperate, as soon as you say oh well, and move on he is going to call with this excues...... I was out of town...... working late, ......sick family member, it's going to be something to gain sympathy from you, then he will probably say...... Can I make it up to you? any you are gong to say something like I guess so... and then you realize he has a girlfriend or wife or something.............LOOK OUT FOR THESE TYPES.

Three day rule is just another mind game. If I give a guy my number and he waits three days to call, that's a no no for me. Mind games = no play in my territory.

Same goes for me. If I feel like calling someone, I will call. Who determines the 'rules' anyway?! Must be coming from Alphamale:lmao:

I agree with JayKay. Calling shortly after (same night, next day...) seems genuine.

the three day rule is a swingers rule. i hate rules. the best relationship i've had have been with guys who call me immediately. if you like a girl, what is the point of prolonging her misery?
