Did your parents approve of this relationship when you were in your early to mid 20's dating a man who was almost 40? It seems like you know that he's being unreasonable and verbally abusive, but you're trying to convince yourself that he's not. Your first priority has to be yourself and providing a loving home for your children. That's not possible with him yelling at you and being unreasonable about every little thing. I think that you should go to individual counseling that specializes in helping women. And I agree with the suggestion that you don't tell him about it. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
