He loves me but isn't in love

First my now ex-boyfriend says he wants a break for a couple of weeks to "think about his life." That wasnt a good enough reason for me so we talked and he gives me one of the cheeziest lines, "First let me tell you that I love you and will always love you.......BUT I'm not in love with you." So now we aren't together at all and to add to that he tells me that he likes this girl (Whom we have hung out with several times and he has told me shes ugly, and fat and a slut and would never think about going out with) and happens to be his best friends sister.

At this point I'm angrier than anyone could imagine at him and at that slut. Some words are exchanged I called him a liar and he says you know what I slept with her 5 times and we went at it 3 times last night. Later that day he calls and says he just said it to get back at me for calling him a liar. I don't believe him. It hurts so bad I loved him so much, the week before he says he wants to marry me now he isnt in love with me. The worst thing is he owes me a lot of money, that he says he'll give me when he has it. What should I do? I want my money back. How do I get over this pain that he has caused me?

being stabbed in the back like that is never easy... i went through something similar... its a bitch..... really tho in your case.... the best way to get over him is to just ....... forget him.... an a**h*** like that doesn't deserve your contanct... as for your money... you have to weigh your options. you could act like his friend for a while and keep bugging him untill he pays you back (which i don't think scum like him would do) or save your dignity and recognize him for the douche he is and consider your money lost. best way to get over the pain is to just hang out with your friends as much as possible... go out and try and meet soemone new. try and keep yourself as busy as you can socially and mentally and eventually the wound will heal and he'll fade away from your mind.
