Yes. I don't have another leads or women I can call and I am not actively hunting.

Have you slept with her? If you two have been doing all this traveling and hand holding but no intimacy then she's probably doing this with other men in her downtime. There's honestly no telling what she has going on, woman could literally be married and using you for a travel buddy. 

If I were you I'd just continue on while exploring other options.
