You might think he owes me nothing, but to waste someone's time like that...and make them think they like you and want to continue seeing you ,is another level of messed up 🙄🤷‍♀️

I don't understand what the point is in playing these games. Especially as we get older. This isn't school or college, why can't people grow up.

Don’t date people online.  That seems childish in itself.  To be so obsessed over a man who you met offline and not in person??!! And he sounds married tbh.  This is the typical “I am married but going to act single” bit.  It usually happens when meeting online.  They can hide their lives behind a screen and give you a little dangling carrot of hope to keep you stringing along.  You deserve someone who is available.

Why are you saying it's "childish to date online" , that's  literally how most people date these days 🤷‍♀️🙄..... it's not ideal ,but welcome to 2023 where people don't communicate anymore, and everyone is glued to their phone screens🤦‍♀️

We met up for several physical dates . He told me he was single and just had a kid with his ex. I was just seeing how things went.

Let it go, you don't know why and you'll never know why. We don't always get answers in life but we still need to pick up our life and move on. I had men ghost me several times after 1 date, 1 month and even after 6 months of dating a man ghosted me without a word.

This is what dating has become, people don't feel they owe anyting to anyone, you can't change it, feeling offended and complaining about it will not change it. The only thing you can do is let go and move on and find someone else. Dating is too hard? Then you just don't want to find someone hard enough. Everybody eventually find their someone when they put in the effort.

I don't like what the dating scene has become , people are too cold feeling and heartless and careless these days.

It's all hookups and ' situationships' , it's like nobody can be decent or honest anymore. They just lie and lead people up the wrong path .

I agree so you brace yourself and make it a mission to find your someone or you give up, you choice. Nobody ever told us dating would be easy.

I found my someone online, we've been dating a year now, he's above everything my heart ever wished for, these men exist, you have to find them but it's work. Don't go thinking it was easy for me. While I was online I met over 200 men, I was lied to, ghosted, used, and I was even kidnapped and held against my will.

So, pull up your sleeves and good luck with your search.

Because sometimes people do jerky things. Just have to try your best to let it go.

Kidnapped!?? 😮 Omg that's crazy and sounds scary.

I don't have the energy to meet 200 men. And as you've just proved aswell....you have to be so careful and wary when meeting strangers  in general.

With the amount of emotional energy you’re spending on this guy who clearly isn’t interested, it’s not surprising. The quicker you can let this guy go and move on the better it will be.
