How important to not bug my girlfriend when she's tired what should I do instead not bugging her too see her work day

Just ask her if she wants some alone time, and encourage her to tell her what she wants and needs from you.

If you know she is tired just ask if she wants to be left alone.

If she doesn't then just chill with her.

Not everybody needs the same thing. You have to ask her what is 'her' need. Some people like to be left alone, other can still enjoy someone's company while they relax. 

Did she tell you that you're 'bugging' her?
