Hello,

I'm new to this forum and trying to figure something out in my romantic life. I'm 22 years old. About five years ago, when I was in high school, there was this guy I was kind of seeing but not really. We were always together because our best friends were dating. He told everybody in our group of friends that he liked me, but he would never tell me, so in my eyes, it meant nothing to me. We hung out all summer one summer and that was about as far as it went. He eventually got a girlfriend and so we just stopped talking. Then, when I was in college, he found me somehow and we were supposed to go to t breakfast, but we never did.

Well, this being a few years later, him and I ran into eachother by chance at a bar about a month ago. Things went well, we were drinking so all of the truth came out, about he liked me and claimed I would never give him the time of day or anything. Well, he had my number because our mutual friend put it in his phone, but I never got his. About two weeks later, he called me and invited me out with his friend to the bar. I went and we all had fun. I was drinking a bit too much, so I slept over at his place. We kissed a lot but that's as far as it went pretty much.

Since then though, and this was about two weeks ago, he hasn't tried to contact me. I messaged him once a couple of days after that, and he responded, but I haven't heard from him otherwise. I don't know if he thinks I'm a tease because I went back to his house and we just kissed or if he just is not interested anymore, like he was a few years ago. Now, I find myself liking him, but not wanting to be that annoying girl that he can't get rid of. So, any thoughts as to what he may be thinking? Or what I should be doing at this point?

He's been pursuing you for 5 years and you haven't shown any interest in him except for one drunken night. If I was in his shoes I wouldn't think you were interested. If you want him it's time for you to show it.
