scobro Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Can you recommend a good book that deals with the process of divorce /separation fromthe emotional side of things not the legal.
Mz. Pixie Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Sco- Here are two great ones-and I recommend them alot. "Love must be tough" by James Dobson. Everything that is in this book, that he tells you NOT to do, is what my exhusband did- textbook that drove me away. I didn't read the book until much later- my now husband had it during his separation. It has alot of good emotional stuff in there. Written from a Christian perspective. "Hope for the Separated" by Chapman Another good one. I'm sure that there are other people who can chime in with some good ones too!

basscatcher Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Sco- "Hope for the Separated" by Chapman This one was my suggestion too. I have this one.
Author scobro Posted November 9, 2005 Author Posted November 9, 2005 From what I recall isn't that about the hope of getting back together or trying to reconcile? That is not what I want to do,is this right or is the book different than that?
Mz. Pixie Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 It has both perspectives in it I believe.
