Can you recommend a good book that deals with the process of divorce /separation fromthe emotional side of things not the legal.

Here are two great ones-and I recommend them alot.

"Love must be tough" by James Dobson.

Everything that is in this book, that he tells you NOT to do, is what my exhusband did- textbook that drove me away. I didn't read the book until much later- my now husband had it during his separation. It has alot of good emotional stuff in there. Written from a Christian perspective.

"Hope for the Separated" by Chapman

Another good one.

I'm sure that there are other people who can chime in with some good ones too!

From what I recall isn't that about the hope of getting back together or trying to reconcile? That is not what I want to do,is this right or is the book different than that?

It has both perspectives in it I believe.
