nerveless Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Hi all, My girlfriend of about a year just walked out of my place. We were talking and she mentioned this guy friend of hers. They have been pals for a while. Anyhoo she was going on about something they did together. I was confused coz I thought they had met each other a long time after this, well I knew she knew of him prior to this but she had def said that she didn't 'know' this guy when she was with her previous long term boyfriend, which was a few years ago. Because I asked her if her previous had a problem with this guy asking her out for a drink, I had a tiny prob with it but not much. She assured me they were 'just friends'. Well I called her on it, she went ballistic! Accussed me of trying to find fault. We had talked about her pal before and i said I was a bit off with it but we kind of left it like that. Anyway I nearly lost it too. She ended up storming out coz she was 'tired of explaining'. Fk me, it would have taken like two minutes to explain it if was really innocent wouldn't it? What the fk is going on here? I don'tknow what to do.. play it cool and wait or call her, but what doI say if I call her?

You will end up losing if she does have feelings for him. Don't let up your guard right now. Be prepared for the worst. Expect the best outcome but if you are fighting about someone else big red flag going up here.....
