I mean I can’t stop overthink about some things. That feeling when I am solving, looking for answers in my head and I can’t stop. Even when I say I am done with this thing after few minutes I got back to it and think about it again.

It’s not necessarily a bad thing unless you’re self-destructing and in poor health mentally and physically due to bad habits  or not coping well. Go for a run or swim, walk around the block, exercise. Work on projects. 

You may still have thoughts working in the background and that’s fine. Know when to switch off too and relax on something else. Do you have other things you like to do?
