A girl (14f) rubbed her arm against my arm (14M) briefly before I stepped away trying to be polite. Is this a sign that she likes me?

My whole classroom was looking at books at the library, she took a step closer by my side, so I took a step to be polite, then she took another step closer and rubbed my arm before I walked away trying to be polite and feeling uncomfortable. the next day I bought her twice glancing over at me. I seriously think she has a crush on me. Any advice?

Yes, it's quite likely she does have a crush on you.  However I can't give you advice without knowing how you feel about her.  Are you interested in her or would you prefer to not date her?

I like her, my only problem is that I like so many girls.

If you like her or think she is cute, ask her if she wants to bring a friend and go to the movies. Maybe you could bring a friend and then you could have a double date.

Whether you like her or not, it's up to you to let her know. Alternatively, you can limit any actions that will trigger her crush to become something bigger.

That is ok. At 14 your hormones are kicking in and you'll start to notice and have crushes on girls. 

Join some groups and clubs and sports at school. Learn to talk to girls so when the time comes you'll be able to ask them to hang out and get a soda or ask them to a junior dance or other school event. The key is to get comfortable talking to girls.

Yes next time you see her look her in the eyes and smile and say hi.  Try to start a conversation.
