Because we broke up. She dumped me because she lost feelings but I’m not over it I love her

You don't continue to look at her.   You walk away and don't look back, you delete and block her number, lick your wounds and start seeing other girls.  Don't beg, spy or ask about her you just move forward.  Sure it will hurt for a while but soon you will see light at the end of the tunnel.

What happened? Was this gradual after some problems or did she just one day say she lost feelings for you?

Both I guess it was sudden to me I had no idea this was going on. And one day she said she just saw me as a friend. She was “too busy” with work and it causes her to lose feelings but she goes on a dating app now

How long were you dating? How old is she? You can both be on dating apps now because she officially ended it. It's much better to date women who are into you.
