It sounds like perhaps he is into watching porn more than he is into having sex with a woman that is willing to give him something he likes. Perhaps, something you could do, is tell him you want to watch one of your movies. Then you could pop in one that shows more love between the partners than one stupid shot, and maybe, if you are comfortable, start touching yourself. The idea, maybe if you show him what you are into, maybe he will make the connection and think "she's getting excited watching this, maybe that is what I need to do." I really don't know what to offer you. I'd rather have sex any day of the week than to watch any porn, and it sounds like you are more than willing to give him something that he likes, but he doesn't respond. I am sorry, but please don't lump all of us men into this group. We are not all like your BF. You don't understand your BF, not men. Men are fairly simple, like Jeff Foxworthy said, we are puppies, as long as we're petted and kissed, we're happy. Usually at least.

Seriously, more likely than a poor view of women is that he has some insecurity about his own attractiveness and vitality AND he believes in some way that he's doing the right thing by his g/f by not doing this stuff to her.
