I will not reply to him anymore if he doesn’t give me an answer. I’ll wait one week and I’ll block him forever.

What is the question that you want an answer to? In your previous post, you said that you told him if he wanted to see you he'd make it happen. Is it your hope that he can find a way to sneak away from his girlfriend for a day or two so he can cheat on her with you?

Of course she is.

At this point, I’m even thinking he’s not with someone, but that he made that in order to continue being unavailable. An excuse

Yes and you are also unavailable by continuing to "chase" (for lack of a better word) this unavailable man for 10+ years.

I think it would serve you well to reflect upon that because let's face it, IF you truly wanted an intimate exclusive relationship and were emotionally available for that, surely you would NOT be hanging around waiting for this guy for as long as you have.  Literally years.

No woman seeking and available for a committed relationship would.  Neither would a man if roles were reversed.

It feels safe to you precisely because you're not ready or perhaps even desirous of a committed relationship yourself.  As reflected in your previous threads over the years.

Gook luck though, like I said previously, such fears and anxieties are tough to sort out.
