I was wondering if a dating coach would be helpful. I've looked for one locally, I found a lady with a lot of good reviews. She's $150 an hour and we have to book her minimum 2 hours at a time. That's a lot of money & it's the price of a licensed therapist. If I have money to spend maybe I should spend it with a professional.

What you think?

Gaeta, there are dating books you can buy for $25 that’ll give same info. Go to Barnes & Noble or Amazon before hiring a coach

Doubt some date coach is the answer and l'd sure as hell like to know just what their history is in things love for their 350 to before taking any notice of them- do you know any old couples you admire, best simple no modern bs advice we'll ever get.

l agree with a lot of what l think it was Poppy had to say somewhere and usually suggest the same.lt's about quality not quantity, quantity is just shooting blind bc it's not about just having all the goods, it's about feeling, look for and wait for the one that gives you that, forget the rest or the door is closed while he walks straight past and you miss him.

Yes... It kind of reminds me of Patti Stanger.  She is supposed to be this great and wonderful matchmaker, yet she has never been married.

I don't do quantity anymore. I wait for someone that looks good on paper and hope we will connect.

And as for waiting for someone that gives me 'that feeling', I don't trust that AT ALL. I don't trust giggly feelings or trust butterflies. They have never served me well.
