Kissing problems

About thirteen years ago, I stopped kissing girls because I always go hard during it. I really want to kiss a girl but it stops me. How can I prevent it when I kiss them? I am now 20.

So tomorrow I am going to attempt to get my first kiss ever with my girlfriend. I haven't kissed anyone and I am nervous to kiss her. We will be at a club with young people with special needs (like a youth club) and we're going to do Crazy Golf and have a picnic. I have also brought her sweets and a bar of chocolate because I love her. I have also wrote her a note saying 'You know, I've been trying to build up the courage to kiss you but I've been nervous and shy to do so. I think you're very pretty and nice to be around. Do you want to kiss?
You will be my first kiss if that's OK with you?'. The note also says how nervous I am to kiss her.

What can I do because I am very shy and nervous?

That's wonderful. Have fun. Don't give her the note, just wait for the right moment. It's ok at that moment to say "can I kiss you?".
