My favorite was when they asked me out in the first message. I can read their profile, see the photos, that's enough info for a coffee date. Standard back and forth bores me quickly so I stop replying. There is only so many times I can answer standard questions: what do you do, where are you from, what do you do for fun.... yawn. I think men would have more success if they write something like this in the first message: "I really like your profile and think we have few things in common. Are you free for a coffee or a drink sometime?". That's my favorite opening message by far. Sometimes when I've tried to ask them out quickly like that they say they think it's suspicious that I don't want to get to know them first and I must be a scammer or have some kind of nefarious purpose. So I feel like some women like you to ask them out right away and others like more back and forth first. Also depends on how much they have in their profile. Sometimes I'll want to ask some basic questions just so the date isn't a waste of time If someone lives close enough to me I'll ask her out sooner rather than later

Some have no problem meeting or exchanging numbers right away, others not so much. It makes things difficult sometimes. 1
