You were in a relationship with a different woman in mid-March, and say you decided to start dating about a month ago after being single "quite a while". The longest you can have been single for is six weeks, if that. That is not a long time. Equally, one week is the blink of an eye in the grand scheme of things, but you're already incredibly invested in this stranger. This is why things go wrong for you - too much, way too soon.
