samsungxoxo Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 My mother used to hate my ex bf so much. In the end, she was right. He scammed me with money and was a terrible person. I'm currently in a new relationship and have been dating him since Dec 27. Both of my parents and friends like him. This time, I see a geunine, real smile on my parents, esp my mother. There is no drama, no misery, no trust issues, no negatives. I've never felt happy since the longest. So parents are right most of the times aren't they?
glows Posted February 25, 2022 Posted February 25, 2022 They have more experience seeing lives around them unfold and can pick up traits of a person a lot faster than you might. They also know you as they have created/given birth to you. They’ll likely know a match much quicker. I’m glad to hear you’re doing much better and in a more harmonious relationship.

We're usually LOOKING for red flags. I'm glad you met someone you are enjoying getting to know and all seems to be going well.
