He didn't call back

I matched with a guy from facebook dating a couple days ago. Yesterday we talked on the phone for a bit, but we we were both out so it was very short. Then today I asked if we could facetime he said yes, he did call me at noon but I was busy with my mom and I told him I’ll call him after. He then tells me he is at a restaurant and he will let me know when he has a moment. This was 6 hours ago, I don’t know if he forgot or what but this is annoying. I kinda wanna text him again right now, but that would make me seem really desperate. It’s a shame I was busy and now 6 hours after he doesn’t say anything.

He could still be out with the friends.  Lunch could over but he's kicking on at a bar, or travelling home or simply really tired.  There is nothing worth being annoyed over

Is there something specific you need to tell him?  I can see how someone is busy for 6 hours straight and it would bother me if I had to be available to someone all the time.
