What's the rules when it comes to friends in your social circle who you have slept with before?

I have gf now but I also have a social circle of friends who and three of the women in that social circle I slept with in the past.  Basically I hooked up with a woman I met online, but then after a bit of of that, she just wanted to be friends, so I introduced her to other friends later, and she became a part of that group of friends.  This happened with the other two as well pretty much.  My group of friends, including them, ask me when are we hanging out again, etc.  But I don't want to do anything that would be considered inappropriate since I have a gf.  I would never cheat and have strong morals against cheating.  But I don't want to hang out with my friends, and thereby giving my gf reasons to be suspicious of me though.  I can ask her if it's okay to hang out with those friends, but in the past, another gf before said she was okay with this, but then she in fact was not at all later it turned out.

What do you think or what are the rules when it comes to this?
