The man from high school that I mentioned earlier in this thread we were in the middle of messaging back and forth and he asked me out mid-conversation. But otherwise, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that you asked her out.

Yeah man just move on. I'm not on IG but can you see the message preview like on an email? If so she can see where you're headed without having to open the message. You can generally judge how much someone likes you by how easy (or difficult) they make it to communicate with them and how quickly they want to make the date happen. Don't take it personally. You will see the difference when you meet someone that's excited to go on a date with you. It shouldn't be like pulling teeeth. 1

It took 12 hours or more but she did respond. We talked a bit about what we are doing with our lives and she actually gave some detailed responses and seemed engaged. After a couple messages I asked for her number and she left me on read. So I guess it’s a no. I was going to ask her out right away, but with her taking so long to respond it felt the interest was not there, so I wasn’t going to even bother. And for record she was on Instagram 8-10 times before she finally opened my message. And on Instagram you can preview the message

aloneagain63 Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 Does she have a brick and mortar building with a dining area to sell her baking items? Or does it from her house? If she has an actual place where you can go in and buy some goodies and drink coffee and chew, I would have gone that route to gauge her interest. Cant now since you have already asked her out because now it would look like stalking
