Things seem to be going well. We’ve got our 4th date tomorrow and she reaches out everyday, although our texting is quite basic as we mostly talk over the phone or in person. A lot of other positive signs like hand holding, physical contact, she seems to plan the next date at the start of our current date and she mentioned she’s glad she met me, etc

I’ve got her a nice Christmas card for now as I thought it would be a bit early for a gift, plus she’d be carrying that all night.

I was thinking of what message to write in it, nothing intense just light hearted

“Hope you have a great Christmas and that you enjoy your time in Scotland!

p.s. Glad I met you!”

She’s previously said she’s glad she met me. I’ll probably put an inside joke in there as well, don’t want to overthink it though and just keep it simple. What do you think?

I’m assuming she’s traveling there in a few days.

—glad I met you——

this isn’t good if you are on a 4 th date and have kissed and held hands.

do t be overly romantic in writing like says I can see us together forever, but instead put something thst say you are enjoying to get to know her and look forward to getting to know her more.

Good point, was worried it might be bit intense. I think i’ll replace it with something like “p.s. 100% getting you those roller skates!” or something jokey related to our conversations

This sounds fine: “Hope you have a great Christmas and that you enjoy your time in Scotland!" No PS necessary.

Wish her happy holidays or Merry Christmas on the day of, or better, give her a call on Christmas day to wish her. I'm sure you both will meet when she returns.
