So I started dating a girl things were great, fun and passionate. After date 3 she tell me she isn't ready for a relationship and wants to date other people. She wants to stay friends but now doesn't want to see me because she doesn't want the feelings she has for me to grow, she doesn't want to feel anything for anyone just date and have fun. We have seen each other since being just friends and we held hand had long hugs and kissed. Recently she said I'm the right person at the wrong time. I just don't know what to do.

"Right person, wrong time" is complete BS.  It's an excuse she gave you just because it sounds good.  She was trying to let you down easy.  The bottom line is that she isn't interested in a relationship with you.  Accept that and stop over-thinking this.  Move on.

That is code for she didn't want to have sex with you.  She made it to the 3rd date and decided... "Nope, I don't want to have sex with this guy", so she used the oldest line in the book.

She wants to "stay friends" to keep you as a plan C or plan D.  You deserve better... NEXT!!

Or not even keep you as C or D.  You probably won't hear from her again.

You are still seeing each other then? Let it unfold and do its thing. This won't amount to anything exclusive and it won't take on the traditional dating trajectory as she is also wanting to date others. Depending on how you feel about that you may or may not want to see her again. Either way, know that it's not exclusive.

Agree. The variations on "it's me not you" are amazing.
