Haven't communicated with her in any capacity in about two years. The other day, her best friend (who I was fairly close to when we were dating) added me back on social media. Should I reach out and ask her why she added me back, or am I reading too much into this? Any help is appreciated!

What do you mean "added you back" Sent a friend/follow request? Did you show up in her "people you may know section"? No don't go after her. If she's your ex's friend word gets around and do you want that?
Author CarlosCorvair Posted November 7, 2021 Author Posted November 7, 2021 Probably should add some more details to this lol - She sent me a follow/friend request on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Apparently my ex, who as far as I know she's still friends with, recently broke up with her bf. So the timing is definitely interesting lol. Also, as far as my ex and I go, our relationship ended amicably and neither side really has any hard feelings. We just made a clean break and deleted each other and our friends off of everything when we first broke up.

As far as the friend, perhaps she wants to see what you are up to because of course your ex will see it if you two connect.
