I really want to have my first kiss ever with my crush on the lips this Christmas, and I'm too shy and nervous to do so. What should I do?

I really love her and we have touched each other, including holding hands and hugging. On Friday she even let me kiss her on the cheek at a party. I really want to kiss her on the lips under the mistletoe this Christmas, and it will be my first kiss. However I am too nervous and shy to kiss her on the lips.

How old are you?

Christmas is still a long time away. Do you think she is going to wait that long?  If you don't kiss her soon, she might think that you are not that interested in her. Or lose interest in you herself. And if she doesn't think that you are interested, she might find another guy who is going to act bolder. Maybe tell her what you've wrote on here and see what she says or how she acts.

I remember my first kiss … man was it awkward. Summer 1994. In the bushes. It went like 

Her ”how do we do this?”

Me ” like James Bond?”  

Did it turn out like that? Nope. It was a postponed clumsy peck, at best. Did I know what I was doing? Nope! 

9 year old me. Hahaha

when you dropped her off, open the car door, walk her to the doorstep, make sure there’s nobody around to see you, say you had a fun time  don’t ask for permission, and don’t justify your actions with words either, just shut up and kiss her on the lips. Only 1-2 seconds, don’t try to makeout with her, then you withdraw. Her kiss should tell you everything.

 It's best to let it happen spontaneously. When you let it happen when it happens, then there is no disappointment if you miss your chance or if it happens before. You are going to be kissing her way before Christmas.
