Should I be honest about my original intentions with GF?

I think it might be kind of flattering... my boy and I met online and went for what wasn't even really a date, more of a hang out and if we are both cute in real life lets call it a date-thing, but ended up immediately into each other on so many levels... that was a few months ago and now we are going strong.... one day he told me though.... (haha, and it doesn't have the full effect if you can't hear the admiration in his voice...) "Oh wow, that day I met you I was just a boy looking for some action..." meaning he was looking for some action and he found me and got so much more (and some action, haha).... I thought that was pretty sweet! since many guys are always looking for action, what I appreciate is when they know they found something even better and are willing to do what it takes to hold on to it....

All men are only looking for the conquest.

Not true at all.

Sorry :( I was smack in the middle of the Woggle drag out fight when I posted that. I know it's not true. I think there are some decent guys out there, none that I've met but I hear that they're out there

I will say though that in my experience, and I've met loads of men in my part of town, it seems to be the case 95% of the time that they're just after the chase. I have this working theory that it's because of where I live though. Theory is still in progress.

I believe that in any relationship honesty should be the order of the day but I don't know if I should be honest about this. When I first met my girlfriend I just looked at her as a conquest. I wanted to brag that I got an older woman into bed and then I was going to dump her when I got bored. Instead of this I fell in love with her and I truly do care about her and I feel like sh-t for even thinking about treating her like a conquest. I can honestly see myself marrying her in the future and this will come up one day. Should I admit this to her and or is it better left unsaid? Women how would you feel if a man admitted this to you?

DON'T tell her that! All you have to tell her really is when you met you had no expectations but as you've grown to know her and care for her, you've fallen inlove. Didn't expect it and you're abit freaked out because of it.

If I were her and you told me something similar to what I mentioned above, it would mean alot because you were being honest.

There are so many ways of showing her how much you love her, words and in action. Just go with what you feel in your heart ... It won't be wrong.

I haven't read all the replies yet, so if you've mentioned it already, I'll stumble across it and don't worry about it...But, how old are you and how old is she?

As long as you're both happy, age means nothing! Love baby!

It was meant to be a sarcastic mad face. No sweat. I can understand about the woggle drag.

Decent guys are out there.;)

Lots of people are after the chase only, guys and girls. You just have to keep brushing them off.

I think you could tell her and have her be ok with it, if you put the right spin on it.

Something like "When I first met you I was pretty angry with women, and afraid of getting hurt. I didn't expect to find someone so amazing, I didn't think I could take that risk again. I figured we'd have fun for a few months and that would be it, but once I got to know you, you changed that way I felt about women. You we're worth the risk of getting hurt again, etc."

If you tell her in the right way, she'll probably be flattered.

Woggle, I am glad you feel ashamed of your previous thoughts about women (that we're all worthless, stupid bitches only good for sex). You should be!

Your hatred towards women is eating you up inside now because you feel that you were injust towards the woman you love (in your mind).

I told her last night and to my surprise she actually was not mad. She actually feels quite flattered that she was the woman that made my open up my heart again. She said she did not take it thats eriously at first either but she could not deny her feelings. I love the fact that we can tell each other anything.
