I have noticed white thick marks on my gf pants. This can be normal, but on one occasion recently I found white marks on the inside and a large white crusty splurge on the front of her pants on the outside of her underwear.. our sex life has also become no existent. 
what are people’s thoughts?

Inside of panties I see no issue. It sounds normal. Outside of pants perhaps she spilled something or the washing was not efficient. Could she be pregnant? During pregnancy discharges can inrease to a point where panties need to be changed often during the day. White discharge during part of the cycle is normal.

Any other red flags apart from what you mentioned? Keeping track of her panties is a little bit too obsessive and controlling imho.
