how can i heal injuries faster?

Posted

Lots of rest, vitamin C, eat well and positive thinking. See a doctor too.

What kind of injury do you have? Like a cute or a broken bone?

I would also add a proper well balanced diet. In addition

to what whichway mentioned make sure you are getting all

of your proper vitamins and minerals (preferably within your

diet but supplements if need be).

bengay muscle rub...i love this stuff it works soo well, although it has a distinctive smell.

use a heating pad on the are, or lay in a warm bath. take some pin reliever, like tylenol. you gotta RICE it baby!

R- rest

I- ice

C- compression

E- elevation

not that you need to do the elevation thing, but hot and cold compresses, go easy on yourself.

thanks la - I you took the words out of my mouth :)

The only difference in what was going to post would

be tigers balm in place of bengay - the red balm has

always worked better for me then bangay but I know

that results vary in regards to the two options :)

Also, if this issue persists with you, fin, please

see a doctor or a chiropractor and in the future, make

sure when you lift to use your legs and not your back.

(do not feel bad, I have learned this from NOT listening

to that advise in the past :).

Hang in there and take it easy!
