Almost every single word in what you have said is a red flag. Unless you thrive on drama, stay away. On your own head be it.

You should RUN far & fast away from her!!!!!!  Then you should figure out what you like about her because from where I sit your picker is way off  You need to recognize the many red flags whacking you in the face. 

Take up with her & she will bleed you dry & probably give you an STD.

You will find in life there are many people who grab your attention, people you are attracted to, people you like, but it is your job to filter out the people who are bad news and who will make your life more complicated, chaotic or even miserable.
You save yourself a ton of heart ache by choosing  people who will make your life easier not harder.

If you can do this fine.  But, @jameswashington, do not give this woman any money or your heart.  Find out if she's still turning tricks before you sleep with her.  You may not be able to handle her lifestyle once you try to date her.    Seriously, what are you going to do, stay home & babysit the kids for free while she's out giving it up to another guy for money?

While I don't fully agree with the idea of not taking on a certain level of "challenge" from a potential partner, there is a time to recognize when the challenge is too great and/or simply doesn't make sense. A bit of a drama queen can be fun, a full-fledged psycho not so much. 

Similarly a nice, cute, sincere, unattached single mom - maybe. This gal? No way...

She's not a girl. She is a messy grown 24 year old woman with 2 kids who is a sex worker.
