How do you really about Agile?

Let’s take a poll.  Any of you work in an Agile environment?  How do you feel about it?  I have a few agile certifications and sell it to my employer daily.  The more I learn about it, the more dehumanizing it is. It also leads to shoddy work to meet the two week sprint deadline and no innovation.  Hopeful that it will soon fall out of favor but wondering if what it gets replaced with will be worse.

I've worked in Agile shops for the last ~10 years. It's not perfect but I'll take it over waterfall any day.
