Well, a little update on my situation.

As a few of you know, and argued with me about, I was having a little psychological trouble after my wife admitted to an indiscretion. I'm not going to recount the circumstances or the rights and wrongs of my decision but, needless to say, I forgave her and was willing to work on recovery.

Anyway, I reached a moment of clarity at the weekend and all of my doubts and fears regarding my marriage completely disappeared. The trigger was a weird one. I'd lost my keys and, by some stroke of luck, I found them by completely chance. It was at that point that it realised that happiness is a choice. I just started feeling really positive and, with those positive feelings, I was happy and all of the doubts went away. I realise now that I was feeling bad because I was focusing on the negative and not looking for the good things in my life.

Anyway, sorry for prattling on, I just thought I'd share.
