How to proceed with ex GF now?

To the extent that you want her to be attracted to you, it's time for a change.  Asking her to meet you at a bar won't spur attraction.  She needs to spend time with you in a better setting.

you agreed that you would be "friends" with her.  

and then you went for a walk.  as friends.  

you invited her to a bar.  as friends.

there was no implication that any of this was a date, because YOU agreed to her terms of being FRIENDS.

being friends with your ex does not mean you are dating, and this is why you should not "be friends" with your ex if you want her back when she has given no indication that she wants to date you.  you're jumping ahead of yourself here.

I know.. technically you are right

But we were friends before we started dating... we have known eachother since we were kids!

The first time we kissed I invited her to a park for a walk as a “friend “ and eventually we kissed! 

I made her fall in love with me once.. I can make it twice!

Being “friends” with her is a great way to make her feel attracted to me again.. come on, 2 ex lovers going out to a bar to drink and have a laugh... what you think will happen eventually?

not saying that is 100% sure it will... but is my best shot dont you think?
