lamarjackson97 Posted June 29, 2021 Posted June 29, 2021 I (a gay man) was introduced to a boy through a mutual friend of ours. I reached out and we set a drinks hang at a bar on Friday night. It went very well and we ended up going back to my place. We made out (nothing more, although I'm sure he would have been down) and honestly, it was surprisingly affectionate and sweet. He seemed very into me and I was certainly into him. I asked if he'd be down to hang again and he seemed to indicate yes. Jokingly texted me the next day "no regrets" and we had a short, nice convo. He added me on instagram and commented on a pic. We didn't, however, make any plans for a second hang. I sent him a funny video on IG today and he gave me a short, lukewarm "haha" type reply. Kinda disappointing, but maybe I'm reading too into it. I'm rusty at this and don't want to come off too desperate or needy, but have some feelings and want to see where this goes. Selfishly, I would love for him to be the one to reach out but idk if that will happen. Should I reach out to set a 2nd date or should I let him?
