She is a good friend. Both of us have been busy last 2 days. Do we wait to discuss in person what happened in her car or can we discuss that on the phone?

The answer will tell you volumes about where she sees this going (if it's anywhere at all). In my younger days I had a few one-and-done make outs with women. Sometimes they just want to do it for the sake of it, but there is little interest in more. And sometimes there is. You never know what's going on in another person's mind until you find out.
