Whats the point of getting married in 21.st century? What kind of benefits marriage is giving you, except more pain in the ass?

Who's forcing you to get married?

Marriage is a legally binding contract which allows you to operate financially and legally as a family unit, including spousal benefits, etc.

If you don't want to marry, make sure you don't overinvest in joint assets such as a house, etc. and keep all your finances separate.
