Why men are so cold after 3 or more years on the relationship... Everything become so routine ... what is that all about ?

Just because your guy has become cold to you after 3 years together does not mean that men in general are this way.

You are making the common mistake of projecting and generalizing.

I never experienced this but it is some indication that the relationship has run it's course for the individual in your scenario.

What are you doing to shake up the routine if you are bothered by it?

Do you live together? If so you've fallen into a complacent routine filled with household drudgery.

Step back. Shake things up. Go out with your friends more, get involved outside the relationship. Take classes, get a side hustle, volunteer, get a fitness program going, etc.

You're bored of each other. Unfortunately many people fall into the trap of just coasting along.

Not contentment but complacency. The difference is one feels good, the other is borne of laziness.

l agree with the others , male here btw. lt may've ran it's course and he has no interest anymore, or it might need some good old attention and shaking up. How have you been through it all , have you changed , give it any attention yourself , still look after yourself , or turned into a rut. Many people do after a few yrs , women as much as men. Just sayin , things to think about and look at before you throw it in.
