They are not so please don’t doubt yourself! The phone call wasn’t the overall cause of you ending your relationship. The phone call was the cherry on top of the cake! The nail in the coffin. The triggering event that brought to light all the reasons why you should not be with him. Be strong.

You don't need someone who keeps your insecurity/abandonment issues on high alert. Now that you're broken up, address those issues with a therapist so this is the last relationship you bring that energy into. 2
