[so confused]

i like this boy who is two years older than me. he is real cute but shy. he gave me his number and everything and he talks to me. he is always checking me out and one time he told me i look good. then he took pictures with me. i was texting him the other day and i told him i just came from six flags and that i may go this weekend. i asked if i go would he go with me and he said maybe. so i said wat does dat mean and he said it depends on wat he got to do dat day. so we continued texting for like over a hour and i said bye and he said he'll talk to me later. the thing is dat he is a drum major and he have to ask the other people on his squad for permission on who to date. he gives me signs that he likes me like staring, smiling, speaking, giving me a hug, and sometimes saying something funny. does he like me? and wat does his maybe mean? or is he afraid wat his friends would say if he go wit me. im atrractive because i lot of people including one of the other drum majors want to talk to me.
