Good morning, afternoon, night to whoever is reading this! šŸ™‚

I’ve recently had the pleasure (hopefully) of experiencing what I think can only be described as ā€œspeed runningā€ an attraction? The pace moves so fast, sometimes I wonder if it’ll become an ā€˜early passion burnout’. We talk for around 2-3 hours daily, and opening up is comfortable, almost fluid.Ā I’d really love to prolong it, because I think I like talking with this individual, but sometimes I feel like I run the risk ofĀ getting into it more, and faster than the other person without knowing the return rate.Ā
Thus far, it has been pretty even on who reaches out first, and following up hasn’t been hard.Ā
However, there’s been a new obstacle—test week. Based on yesterday’s experience, I don’t think this person is inclined to converse with me at all this following week.Ā Would it be considered normal to stop initiating anything during this time?Ā And, should I take this as a sign to distance myself to avoid investing too much into it for no return?Ā I feel that it should be natural to hyper focus on studies...but I’d still like to greet the other in the morning or night.

Can you tell I’m not used to mutual affection? šŸ˜‚

Best wishes,

M

The best thing to do is mirror them. So contact at about the same rate they do.Ā

If you are not sure what speed they are going at, go slower.
