Yes, exactly. 

There is nothing to discuss here. If you are an exclusive couple, there is no valid reason to update your Tinder profile other than shopping for a replacement. Sorry OP, but you've just discovered he's not invested in you the way you are in him. What sort of conversation is going to make that better? 

The rest is just noise and silly excuses.
